These fruit juice cinnamon stars from the Naschlabor are something like a symbiosis of gummy bears and Christmas cookies. Either way, they are a unique treat. Cinnamon and eight fruit juices of blackcurrant, elderberry, raspberry, strawberry, sweet cherry, forest fruit, blackberry and cranberry provide the full, fruity and spicy taste. They are colored with concentrate from black and red carrots. What's more, the vegan stars are gelled with pectin and are pleasant to bite into: elastic and not too soft.
