The brothers Philippe and Pierre Silvain see themselves as farmers who cultivate plants solely to process the fruit they bear, something which their family has been doing for generations. With every bite of this quince cubes made with apple pectin, and entirely without artificial colouring or preservatives, you can taste the care, experience and tradition that has gone into its making.
