General Information
Breton combination
From Quiberon, a harbor town on the peninsula of the same name in southern Brittany, come these butter caramels made from Breton butter, cane sugar, sea salt from the Guérande, milk and cream. They combine the calm, mainland side of Quiberon in the form of their buttery consistency and harmonious aromas with the rough, Atlantic side of the Côte Sauvage (the wild coast) in the form of their dark color, strong, spicy taste and distinct roasted aromas.
