This practical folding crate made of birch plywood is lightweight yet sturdy. It is obvious that the folding crate was developed by someone who understands logistics and transportation. The base and walls are made of six millimeter thick birch plywood treated with linseed oil - instead of plastic, which we particularly like. This sets it apart from the ubiquitous plastic models with their often wobbly construction and sharp-edged finish. Its load-bearing capacity is also impressive, as the folding construction is so stable that the box can carry up to 40 kilograms of contents. It has a recessed grip on each side, making it easy to handle. The crate can also be stacked and can withstand a static load of up to 400 kilograms. You can easily stack a few crates on top of each other. The walls are largely closed so that the contents are less likely to get dirty - very practical for storage purposes. Incidentally, you can order a matching lid for the folding crate separately from us to close it completely.

A tip for care: the folding crate likes to be treated with linseed oil from time to time. The best way to clean it is to wipe it out with a damp cloth. If the folding crate gets wet despite all your care, please allow it to dry slowly and not too close to the heater to avoid stress cracks. And in the unlikely event that a part of the folding crate breaks, you can obtain a replacement from the manufacturer and repair your folding crate.
