General Information

Intensive and effective. Fascia ball

The high effectiveness of this device is plain to see. But don't be put off by the sharp wooden pins! They are rounded and not nearly as penetrating as you might expect. On the contrary; the fascia massage ball is pleasant on the skin and can be used for targeted and deep massages. This is also thanks to the material: pleasant to the touch beech wood, which is very finely sanded and only oiled. With its seven wooden pins, the massage ball reaches deeper layers when you work with it selectively. When massaging large areas, you can work on fasciae and muscles. You literally have the intensity of the pressure in your own hands.

The pressure stimulation and even strokes can loosen localized adhesions in the fascia. You can use the fascia ball for both dry and oil massages. To ensure a long service life, the massage ball should be cleaned and dried regularly and stored upright on the wooden pins.

Invisible network. Fasciae

Fasciae run through our entire body like connective tissue sheaths and surfaces. They surround all muscles and organs and ensure that they can be moved against each other and that everything stays "in shape". The fasciae form a separate system which, as part of the musculoskeletal system, holds our body together, can transmit muscle force and can therefore pass on information to the brain via movements and pain. Due to overloading, injuries or misalignments and lack of movement, the fascia can stick together and harden or twist, which can lead to muscle tension, sometimes far from its origin. Training and massage of the fascia can prevent this.

Stay supple. With fascia training

In everyday life, a lot of movement and intensive stretching are already part of fascia training, which you can start in the morning with extensive stretching. For targeted fascia training, it is best to use fascia rollers or balls - some of you may already be familiar with them from your physiotherapy practice or yoga class. They make it possible to "work" the fascia and tissue in the various parts of the body directly so that they can relax and remain elastic. The fascia rollers and balls are available in different sizes and shapes so that you can effectively "roll and roll through" almost any part of the body with the right one.
