General Information

Loosen muscles, train fasciae

This massage ball is made of pleasant to the touch, non-slip cork and can also be used for fascia training. With a diameter of 7.5 centimetres, it sits comfortably in the hand and you can directly roll certain parts of the body or muscle groups. The small radius also allows you to reach deeper muscles and fasciae, for example in the back and buttocks area or on the sole of the foot, or areas that are difficult to access, such as the neck and shoulders. This is particularly effective if you lie down on the ball and roll over it with your thigh or buttocks, for example. The fascia ball is also ideal for treating trigger points. Thanks to the velvety warm, non-slip surface of the cork, the ball is easy to grip and always feels pleasantly warm on contact with the skin. The cork for our fascia ball comes from Portugal and is also processed there. It is easy to clean, skin-friendly and 100% recyclable.

Invisible network. Fasciae

Fasciae run through our entire body like connective tissue sheaths and surfaces. They surround all muscles and organs and ensure that they can be moved against each other and that everything stays "in shape". The fasciae form a separate system which, as part of the musculoskeletal system, holds our body together, can transmit muscle force and can therefore pass on information to the brain via movements and pain. Due to overloading, injuries or misalignments and lack of movement, the fascia can stick together and harden or twist, which can lead to muscle tension, sometimes far from its origin. Training and massage of the fascia can prevent this.

Stay supple. With fascia training

In everyday life, a lot of movement and intensive stretching are already part of fascia training, which you can start in the morning with extensive stretching. For targeted fascia training, it is best to use fascia rollers or balls - some of you may already be familiar with them from your physiotherapy practice or yoga class. They make it possible to "work" the fascia and tissue in the various parts of the body directly so that they can relax and remain elastic. The fascia rollers and balls are available in different sizes and shapes so that you can effectively "roll and roll through" almost any part of the body with the right one.
