General Information

Punch and bind. With one device

For the purpose of permanent and undamaged filing, this table punch, which is commonly used in law firms and notaries' offices, punches holes in documents up to 36 sheets thick and binds them in a second operation using aluminum eyelets; the documents thus bound are secured against tearing and can be filed in standard two-hole folders, which makes this device ideal for archiving important documents, but also (and above all) for preserving frequently used scripts, for example.

Here's how it works

Insert up to 30 sheets and perforate them by pressing lever No. 1, then pull out the sheet support as far as it will go (by gripping the black paper clamp), which causes two pins to drive through the freshly perforated document, on which two of the supplied aluminum eyelets fit like a glove. After switching the relevant lever from "punching" to "binding" mode and lever press No. 2 (spiritedly), the paper and eyelets form an inseparable unit that can be filed in common two-hole binders.

  • For secure archiving of important documents
  • Undamaged filing: metal-clad holes
  • Punches and binds: up to 36 sheets

For storage of important documents and preservation of e.g. frequently used scripts.

Steel housing, stop rail and punches. The stop rail is also used to lock the puncher when folded up. 100 eyelets (diameter 5 mm) included. Length 16.5 cm, width 12 cm, height 16 cm. Weight 1.1 kg.

Punching and binding. With one single device.
For safe and sustainable filing this table puncher, which is used in lawyers' and notaries' offices, can punch documents consisting of up to 36 sheets of paper and, in a subsequent process, can insert aluminum eyelets for professional binding. This eliminates the risk of tearing and means the papers can be filed in common two-hole binders. Such a device is therefore ideal for filing important documents and, above all, to ensure they remain in good condition despite very frequent use.

Punching and binding.
This is how it works. Load up to 36 sheets and punch with lever pressure no. 1, then (by grasping the black paper clamp) pull out the sheet support as far as it will go so that two pins with two of the perfectly matching aluminum eyelets provided with the device are inserted perfectly into the freshly perforated document. Change the mode of the lever from "punching" to "binding" and with lever pressure no. 2 (and a firm push) paper and eyelets form an inseparable unit that can be filed in common two-hole binders.
