Fresh and fruity
This versatile syrup with elderflower and mint extracts is fruity and fresh. It is suitable for preparing cocktails, for infusing with mineral water, for sweetening fruit, desserts and quark and, last but not least, for baking. The syrup adds a hint of fruit and freshness without the mint being too dominant.
Spicy food from the manor
At Rittergut Valenbrook in the district of Cuxhaven, whose history dates back to the Middle Ages, the best food is made by hand from carefully selected ingredients. Behind this is the Bremen merchant family Leisewitz, who acquired the estate in 1895 and are now the fifth generation to run it in its current form. The estate's own delicatessen manufactory is located within the historic walls of the old stables. All kinds of chutneys, jams, mustards and seasoning sauces are prepared there from regional ingredients according to the tried and tested rules of the culinary art.
