As early as 1937, this twisted cloth was advertised with the short phrase "Trockenperle - das Schnelltrockentuch" (dry pearl - the quick-drying cloth) for its unusual weave, which ensures maximum absorbency thanks to the basis weight of 240 g/sqm and the quickest re-drying: twisted cotton yarn in the warp (yarn count Nm 24/2) and strong linen yarn in the weft (yarn count Nm 18) are woven in staggered lace twill in multiple panels. We offer it in two colorways: with a white background and blue stripes (white-blue) and with a blue background and white stripes (blue-white).
