The delicate but powerful machine has a smooth-running drive, operated by a hand crank. The cutting thickness can be infinitely adjusted up to approx. 20 mm. The stainless steel cutting carriage can be removed easily and simply. Hard to believe: the slicer is manufactured entirely in Germany.
