This ceiling lamp whose shape is derived from geometric forms is distinguished by the strikingly simple combination of a glass sphere and cylindrical porcelain base.

These porcelain lamps are manufactured in southern Sweden at Ifö Electric - a company that specialized in ceramic components as early as 1887 and is now one of the leading producers of ceramic fittings.
