A Shredder for White and Red Cabbage and Raw Vegetables.
This generously dimensioned cabbage plane will reduce whole heads of cabbage and lettuce to fine strips, not just for the preparation of sauerkraut and pickled red cabbage, but for raw salads of all kinds. The cabbage sledge is held in the fingers of the guiding hand and provides a safe distance to the three precisely positioned blades. You can take the cabbage plane completely apart to clean it.
