Unlike a stock, which is made from meat and "only" cooked for two to three hours - with the aim of preserving the flavor of the ingredients - Brox is made from meat bones. These are also cooked, but for 18 hours, whereby the minerals and collagens are released from the bones as well as the taste. In addition to the bones, only vegetables, herbs - all organic - and spring water are included. With these broths, Brox follows the nose-to-tail concept, which promotes the utilization of the whole animal, and at the same time raises awareness of the fact that bones are not a waste product, but have a rightful place in a healthy and balanced diet. All Brox bone broths have a full, strong taste without being overtly salty.
