Bronnley's Lemon Soap made the English soap factory Bronnley famous at the end of the 19th century. First produced in 1892, it has since become a classic - both in terms of its shape and its grip when washing. The soap is still made in Great Britain today and contains a proportion of real lemon oil, which gives it its strong, clean citrus scent. In addition, lemongrass with a hint of neroli, cedarwood and ambergris provide the wonderfully fresh, invigorating fragrance. The Englishman James Bronnley learned the art of soap making in Paris before setting up his own soap factory in London in 1884, when he was barely 20 years old. Just a few years later, he achieved fame with Bronnley's Lemon Soap, which was due in part to the exceptional quality of the raw materials used. Even today, Bronnley's soaps and perfumes are mainly made from natural raw materials such as almond or lemon oil, herbal and flower or tree extracts.
