This eau de parfum is part of a small fragrance series for which Aimée de Mars has been inspired by the goddesses of Greek, Roman and Egyptian mythology. Valérie Demars, perfumer and founder of Aimée de Mars, has translated the attributes attributed to them into fragrance compositions with which you can emphasize your own personality.

Hathor is the Egyptian goddess of love and fertility, beauty and dance. As the mother goddess and goddess of fertility, she is usually depicted as a beautiful young woman with horns on her head, between which stands a golden yellow sun disk. These attributes refer to the myth that interprets the sky as a cow whose milk pours out across the sky in the Milky Way. She must be imagined as a powerful figure, as Hathor is sometimes depicted with a lion's head, which places her close to the lion goddess Sakhmet, the goddess of war. According to a myth, Hathor is said to have merged with Sakhmet, and the eau de parfum Adorée Hathor by Aimée de Mars is correspondingly powerful. It draws its strength from its lotus heart, which is illuminated by a warm vanilla base.
A citrusy, fruity top note of mandarin and bergamot opens the fragrance. The floral heart note of pink and white lotus as well as fragrant jasmine and beguiling frangipani. The vanilla-warm base with nuances of balsamic, caramel and bitter almond owes the perfume to benzoin, tonka bean and vanilla, rounded off with a hint of spicy incense.

The Parisian perfume house Aimée de Mars has dedicated itself to natural fragrances resulting in the commitment that the fragrances’ ingredients are of natural origin. The perfumes consist of 95% natural ingredients and thus meet the requirements of natural cosmetics, although Aimée de Mars has deliberately refrained from certification. When composing her fragrances, Valérie Demars draws on inspiration from nature and findings of aromatherapy. Twenty-one precious essential oils build the heart of each fragrance – in different combinations. Each perfume provides a multi-layered scent and has a harmonising and balancing effect based on the admixed essential oils. The perfumes are manufactured in France.
